To provide our community with a convenient source of good food and groceries, including- but not limited to- locally grown produce, dairy, eggs, meat, products sold in bulk (e.g. grains, beans), canned goods, and bakery items.

To develop partnerships with local farmers and food purveyorts so they can benefit from having a place to sell their products year-round, in addition to their seasonal farm markets, while giving customers greater acces to their products.

To reduce waste from transportation, packaging, etc.

To offer educational programs to keep our community health (e.g. cooking classes)
